In Art therapy
you can explore feelings
and patterns that are beyond words.
By creating a safe environment,
it is possible to uncover
what prevents you from fully living
and expressing
your full potential.

You can explore emotions like:
shame, resentment, sorrow,

happiness, anger, anxiety, depression,
fear of expressing yourself
or not being able to say "no".

If you have a conflict

Inside or outside;
at work, in family
or with a special person,
it is possible
to use art therapy
as a tool to uncover

the underlying emotions
and patterns.

Art therapy

is a powerful method
to get in touch
with your true self.

If you don´t have
any particular problem,
but just want to learn more
about yourself
in a creative way,
it is very useful
to have some sessions
of art therapy.

No previous

knowledge is needed.


MAIN STRUCTURE:
A session lasts for aprox. 1 , 5 hrs.

Usually,

we start with a short conversation, and some kind of relaxation or mindfulness exercise.

The main part of session

is focused on creative exploration.
We can use many tools -

depending on what you feel "safe"
and confident with:
Painting, clay, music, dance or writing.

After a while, it is possible to combine different ways of expressing yourself,
like: painting and writing, or music and body movement.

The session is ended

with a short talk as integration of the creative work.

Price for one session: kr 950,-
Students and Unemployed kr 850,-

The session is held in Norwegian
(or English) at art-studio in Bergen, Norway
